An estate sale or estate liquidation is

a sale or auction to dispose of a substantial portion of the materials owned by a person who is recently deceased or who must dispose of their personal property to facilitate a move.

What's Our Process For an Estate Sale?


For Estate Liquidation and sales in general we handle all the logistics.

When a client contacts us we like to schedule a free no obligation consultation so we can fully understand the scope of the project.

Once we meet and discuss the project, if the person decides to move forward we create a contract with specifications. Once Signed we are provided access so we can begin your job.

For estate sales, we prep for the event which includes appraising/pricing, organizing, cleaning, promoting and advertising.

Once the Sale is complete, We will provide final payment and the return of access NO later then 15 days post sale.
Usually our estate sales are done within a 2-4 week period which allows our team time to prepare, promote and advertise for the event however every situation is unique so we work with our clients throughout the duration of each project to make sure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.

We are VERY accommodating and are happy to work with anyone in almost any situation.

How Much should a person expect to pay in exchange for estate sale & liquidation services?


On Average, An estate sale company will do all the work in exchange for a percentage of the proceeds according to https://www.elderlawanswers.com


We collect a percentage of the gross proceeds ranging from 30%-50% based upon the the amount of work needing to be done taking into account all costs associated with hosting a successful estate sale.


*If dumpster rental is required, this will be an additional cost to the owner.


What if I don't want a sale or I'm not sure about needing a sale but I need help clearing/going through an area.

How do I know if I have enough stuff or good enough stuff to be sold?

It's not how nice something is or it being name brand. It's how usable something still is and how much life an item may still have in it.


If you have a lot of stuff you don't know what to do with and its

to much for a garage/yard sale then an estate sale MAY be the best option.

Note:

We do not have a warehouse to transport to or use to host estate sales.

All estate liquidation sales must take place at the residence or business being liquidated. If sales are prohibited we are happy to work with you to go-through, clean-up and clean-out but would not be able to host a sale.
