Anything still here is open to any reasonable offer. We want these items to find new homes, not end up forgotten in a storage unit or landfill.

In Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights, just east of Tramway off San Rafael, we’re preparing a wonderfully full estate sale from a long‑loved family home.
This house has been lived in, celebrated in, and cherished for decades — the kind of place where traditions were kept, holidays were honored, and every room holds a little bit of history.

Inside, you’ll find all the classics of a great estate sale: furniture, kitchenware, clothing, tools, décor, and everyday essentials. But the true highlight of this home is its extraordinary holiday collection. And when we say extraordinary, we mean it — this family celebrated everything. From January through December, every holiday is represented, organized, and abundant. Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Fourth of July, fall décor, spring décor — you name it, it’s here, and in impressive volume.

There is so much to share with you at this sale, and we’re still uncovering treasures as we prepare.
